I had the same problem and it got resolved after I updated ios!

Slug, I’m sorry if this is a problem on my side but for some reason the all the recent chapters you’ve posted are kinda blurry for the exception of a couple of panels, I’m not sure if it’s just the kind of phone I have or if anyone else is having this problem too

Unfortunately, this is probably an issue on your end. I've heard that the app sometimes causes this to happen, so if you're using the Tumblr app, I recommend trying it in browser instead.
